Busy Saturday

Lola had her 1st soccer game on Saturday and she did great! I was so proud of her. She had a lot of family there to support her and if you know Lola that means everything to her. Unfortunatley Daddy had to work on Saturday so he had to miss the game but we took lots of pictures for him. Lola scored a goal for her team on the first play she went in for (her Nina got it on video and Lola loved watching it). She then assisted her team in quite a few more goals. I think as she gets more practice she is going to be a really great soccer player. She is a hustler and will run fast to try to get the ball. Enjoy the pictures of the Brick House Kitchen Butterflies!

After the game we went and had leftovers for lunch and got ready for Lola's friend Alexis' birthday party. She had a gymnastics party and it was so much fun. Lola absolutely loved it and we may use the same idea for her 5th birthday party. Gymnastics sign up in Nov 5th so I think we may try it out. The party had all kinds of "stations" set up....balance beam, trampoline, rope swing and the big parachute. She said her favorite was the trampoline. Isabelle had a blast at the party too. She was crawling everywhere and on everything she could. You will see in the collage a picture of her on top of several mats. She crawled up on top of them and then gave me a "ta da" smile and I got a picture of it. Growing up!!
